As a modular building manufacturer, Module-T France recently completed the delivery of a 140 m² modular office building arranged over two storeys, located approximately 30 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport.
This modular office building was delivered within a very short timeframe, allowing our client, a road transport company, to quickly benefit from new modern, comfortable and fully functional workspaces.
A Bespoke Modular Building with Enhanced Insulation
As a modular building manufacturer, we designed this building with enhanced 100 mm insulation in the walls, floor structure and roof. This configuration provides excellent thermal performance and can be adapted to meet the requirements of projects designed in accordance with RE2020, depending on their specific requirements.
A Fully Equipped Building
This modular office building includes a wide range of features designed to provide optimal comfort:
- fully fitted modular offices;
- toilet facilities, including an accessible toilet;
- a steel staircase supplied with the building;
- air-conditioning units installed in the different offices;
- roller shutters fitted to the openings.
Assembly Completed in Just 48 Hours
To ensure that the installation met the required technical standards, Module-T France assigned a technical supervisor to assist the local teams during the installation, assembly of the modules and completion of the module connections.
Thanks to this organisation, the entire building was assembled in just 48 hours, once again demonstrating the advantages of modular construction in terms of speed, quality and efficiency.
The internal electrical connections, as well as the external electrical connections, were completed by a local electrician in coordination with our supervisor.
