A turnkey seven module solution with changing rooms, showers and a canteen, delivered ready for daily operations
This project presents a turnkey modular building delivered in Seraing, in the Liège region of Belgium, designed for a company operating in the mechanical industry. The total installed area is 100.8 m2, created by assembling seven prefabricated 20 foot modular units into one functional and versatile facility. The layout includes changing rooms, sanitary areas with showers, and a staff canteen to support daily industrial operations.
The building was specified to deliver comfort and practicality all year round. The walls are insulated with 50 mm polyurethane panels to support reliable thermal performance. A two slope roof structure was added to improve weather protection and enhance the overall appearance.
To ensure fast commissioning, essential equipment was integrated within the solution. This includes a complete electrical system, sanitary equipment, a water heater, air conditioning units and heating. With careful planning and controlled logistics, delivery and installation were organised to support a quick start on site.
This reference demonstrates how modular construction can provide robust welfare and staff facilities that are practical, durable and aligned with European expectations for industrial environments.
