A turnkey modular office designed for real site needs

This project showcases the delivery of a 115 m2 modular office building in France, created from eight modular units assembled on a single level. The objective was to provide a functional, comfortable workspace that could be installed quickly and used immediately by project teams.

The building was manufactured with PU insulated sandwich panels and a galvanised steel structure to deliver strong thermal performance and long lasting durability. For day to day comfort, the project included integrated air conditioning, PVC double glazing and roller shutters, plus a painted exterior finish for a clean, modern look.

To keep logistics efficient and costs controlled, the modules were delivered as a flat pack kit and assembled on site by an experienced international installation team. This approach reduced transport impact while still delivering a complete turnkey office solution.
